Does anyone have good recommendations (for a pescatarian) for protein powder that can be mixed in to other beverages? I put orgain powder in my morning hot tea, but it ends up separating and leaves a thick layer of powder at the bottom of my cup. Love the added protein but I want something that blends better.

Gosh every time I see Emily’s art barn with the quilt covered furniture I lose my mind. I love it so much! And I will 100% be binging Glitter and Gold this week. I cannot wait. I have always admired figure skaters. As an amateur skater (just for fun! On lakes here in Maine!), I cannot imagine the athleticism and courage I takes to do it.

I use calm and also drink sleepy type teas. I rotate through a few different ones just to change it up a little. I do clipper snore and peace, traditional medicinals nighty night, yogi bedtime and a straight chamomile lavender because I have read that you can build up a tolerance. Each one has slightly different ingredients but all are yummy and seem to help!

Here’s a house tour link, a bit more “country” style but interesting because the owner bought her great-grandparents 100+ year-old farmhouse and restored it with only one structural change in an upstairs bathroom.
