You mean all of us are to obey laws, except for Donald Trump? He was convicted of 34 felony counts by a jury of his peers for paying off a porn star. He is the person who caused the January 6th riots to overturn an election. His supporters attacked police officers and he pardoned every one of them. The hypocrisy is astounding.

I think its important to correct the false idea that undocumented immigrants get federal aid—they don’t.

In fact, undocumented immigrants pay BILLIONS in taxes and social security, knowing full well they will NEVER benefit from these programs.

Genuinely—how do taxpaying working class people who can barely make ends meet feel about their tax dollars being used to fund the meteoric ICE budget? (The One Big Beautiful Bill Act took it from 10b to 85 BILLION DOLLARS ANNUALLY.) I am absolutely sympathetic to frustration about the way our tax dollars are spent—but if efficient government spending is your motivation, maybe this isn’t the fix you think it is? 

I would also suggest looking into the detention center contracts to private, for-profit prisons if its fiscal concerns that bother you.

It honestly blows my mind to see Trump supporters calling for law and order when they voted for a convicted felon. I will never understand it.

If it wasn’t for social media (Palestinian and Israeli, btw), we would have no idea of the atrocities being committed in Gaza. The mainstream media has been turning a blind eye for years.

If you could point to any news sources detailing widespread voter fraud in MN, please do so. Otherwise, the fraud in MN doesn’t seem to have anything to do with voting, so why should they want the voting rolls?

This is where these attempts to have dialogue break down for me. Karrie, are you able to produce links to credible news sources that show rampant social security fraud and dead people voting?

Trump won in 2024 by half the margin (1.5%) that Biden won in 2020 (3%). If you didn’t consider Biden’s win decisive in 2020, then how can you consider Trump’s win a great victory in 2024?

You know, I wish I could answer this well but I don’t think I can articulate that for “them” because I think it will be different depending on each person you would talk to… for some it might be economic issues, others social, pro-life, or gun rights (those are the first few that pop in my mind) or perhaps some combination of those and other issues. Thanks for your kind message and question. I wish I could be more helpful! I think I’ll do some asking around and see what I can find out.
